Laura was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and kind from the get go. She answered all my questions, and put my mind at ease immediately after meeting. The day of needing a deep house clean, I had to change the time the very last min, I was worried I would lose my appointment due to my sudden change in my schedule. Laura was not only was cool, calm, and collected, (as I panicked while trying to explain myself) but she de-liver-ed! She sent a whole team of woman to come through, and that they did!! Every single one of them fast, efficient, kind, funny, and professional. It was like having family help me in my time of need. I absolutely could not have done the job without quality attention to detail help. I'm so grateful and thankful to Laura and her team. Laura's team worked miracles on a 3,000 sqft + home! It went from unlivable to emasculate in a day! Great communication as I was handling the entire job over the phone & text from Arizona. I now have hired Laura's company to clean on a weekly basis. No one else could have taken on such a disaster in the way in which she did. I thank her and her crew for all their their hard work!
